CREW

DOB: 1/3/2021
Neutered Male
Light Gray Tabby
Status: Available May 2

Crew and his brother, Crowell, are the only two surviving kittens from a litter of six. These boys are tough and our little miracles, because they survived a  virus that is usually lethal to young kittens. Both of these boys are as playful and full of mischief as you'd expect for kittens. They love nothing more than to jump at their "cat dancer" toy and chase crinkly balls, but at night they are content crawling up on foster mom's lap. They would do well in any home that has a lot of love to give and some patience with their kitten energy. These two brothers are purrfection and must go together! If you would like to submit an application on Crew and Crowell or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

LARA

DOB: 12/9/2020
Spayed Female
Light Gray Tabby

Lara is a sweet and playful young kitten. She enjoys the companionship of the other kittens in her home but also is a little independent. We feel she is a tough little girl as she is the only survivor from her litter, including her mom, that succumbed to a lethal virus in cats. Lara has a strong determination to bring love and happiness to her humans' life. If you would like to submit an application on Lara or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

KONA

DOB: 8/20/2020
Neutered Male
Gray and White Tabby
Status: Available

Kona is a very shy cat when he meets new people; however, once he feels comfortable with you, he will give you lots of hand kisses! He is also very playful! He loves one on one playtime and jumping really high with his favorite wand cat toys! His second favorite toy is a rubber chew toy! He needs something to chew on or he’ll get bored. When it comes to cuddle time, he does not like being picked up, but he will crawl into your lap and fall asleep or give you many hand kisses! Kona needs an experienced cat person without any crazy dogs and other cats. The only cat he gets along with is his sister, Chibi. If you would like to submit an application on Kona or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

CHIBI

DOB: 8/20/2020
Spayed Female
Black and White
Status: Available

Chibi is a loving kitten who will cuddle with you for an hour and then play with you right after! She hasn’t been around many cats besides her brother, but she has potential to get along with other kitties! Dogs are another story. She gets along well with older, quiet, keep-to-themselves dogs, but not young and playful dogs that will chase her. She is looking for a cat person who will be mindful of her timidness when transferring into a new home. She’s good around people, but is a little shy at first. If you would like to submit an application on Chibi or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

HILDE

DOB: 9/9/2020
Spayed Female
Classic Tabby

Hilde has the beautiful swirly markings of a classic tabby. She is a stunner! She is as sweet as her photo projects. Hilde was found alone in the woods by a Good Samaritan and taken in and sheltered until a rescue could help. Hilde is initially shy, but give this purring princess just a few days and she blossoms like a flower in spring. You can hear her purrs from across a room. She will greet you with head butts and rub up all over you, showering you with love. Hilde is a love bug!  If you would like to submit an application on Hilde or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

HARDEE

DOB: 4/5/2020
Neutered Male
Black

This handsome panther boy, Hardee, was rescued in July with his five brothers. His mama gave birth in the shrubs on an island in the middle of a busy parking lot. Hardee is sweet and calm. He can be a little independent, but he gets along well with other cats, and he lives with large dogs. He loves a good back scratch, and he is quite respectful and only sleeps at the foot of the bed! (By the way, mama was rescued, too, and is now spayed and living happily on a farm.) If you would like to submit an application on Hardee or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (BW)

HARPER

DOB: 6/27/2020
Spayed Female
Orange Tabby

Meet Harper! She is very affectionate and playful. She enjoys being held and loves to cuddle! She will climb right into your lap for attention. Harper adores her people, and she will greet you when you walk in the door with a tiny mew and head bump. Before her rescue, she had a terrible eye infection that caused her to lose some of her eyesight. Harper doesn’t know she’s any different. She runs, jumps and climbs! Harper’s favorite toy is the feather wand—she loves chasing it while you swing it around. Harper does well with dogs, cats and children. Do you have room in your heart and your home for this gorgeous girl? If you would like to submit an application on Harper or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (LR)

KYA

DOB: 6/5/2019
Spayed Female
Brown and White Tabby
Status: Available

One dot on my nose is the way you can tell me apart from my sister Tatum. I love playing with fuzzy toys, laser pointers and feathers. My favorite spot is in my human's lap or at her feet. I love sitting by the window and watching the birds outside. I will let you know at 8 p.m. sharp that it is dinner time. I love to lay on my back and flip around to catch my tail. I enjoy cleaning my sister Tatum and making sure her fur is nice and soft. I get along with dogs and kids. I will let my human rub my belly and trim my nails. I would really like to be adopted with my sister Tatum if possible. We are a sweet pair! If you would like to submit an application on Kya or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (CN)

TATUM

DOB: 6/5/2019
Spayed Female
Brown and White Tabby
Status: Available

My nose is almost solid which is the way you can tell me apart from my sister Kya. I love playing with laser pointers and feathers. I will let you rub my belly and trim my nails. My favorite spot is by the window looking at the birds and I like to chase my sister Kya. We wrestle together and play on the floor. I like to hide behind a chair and surprise her when she is least expecting it. I love to curl up with my human or sleep on my cat bed. I enjoy cleaning myself and my sister to make sure our fur is nice and soft. I get along with dogs and kids. I would really like to be adopted with my sister Kya if possible. We are a sweet pair! SAOIRSE

DOB: 9/26/2019
Spayed Female
Black and White
Status: Available

Meet Saoirse (pronounced Ser-sha, Irish for “freedom”). Paw Prints was called to help a cat and her seven babies. We expected to trap a feral cat, but Saoirse wasn’t feral. We think she was abandoned and had been living as a stray for a year.  In foster care, Saoirse wants nothing but love. She has the gentlest disposition. The second she sees her human, she gets giddy with happiness and tumbles over on her back. She will lay next to you and fall asleep. She is able to relax after living for on the streets trying to survive. She is safe and loved now, but needs her own home. Gets along with other cats or would be fine as a solo. If you would like to submit an application on Saoirse or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

CRESSA

DOB: 1/25/2020
Spayed Female
Brown Tabby

Cressa and her six kittens came to Paw Prints after their family moved and put them outside. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, they had come down with a deadly virus that we hadn't seen in years. With a mortality rate of 50-90% in kittens, four of her kittens died. Through aggressive medical intervention, two of her kittens have survived (Crew and Cromwell), and Cressa pulled through as well! Perhaps we should call her "Warrior Cressa" because this girl is a fighter! She is very friendly, affectionate, calm and just a wonderful cat! She has endured so much, and now it's her time to be spoiled and loved forever. If you would like to submit an application on Cressa or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

BOBBIE JEAN

DOB: 6/5/2019
Spayed Female
Black POLYDACTYL
Status: Available

This polydactyl bobtail girl was living in a feral colony with her four kittens. Soon after Bobbie Jean was spayed, she decided she was done with camping and hunting and would rather have the indoor life!  She now loves human attention and gets along well with other kitties. She has shed most of her wild ways, but would do best with an experienced cat person without small children. If you would like to submit an application on Bobbie Jean or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (BW)

NAHLA

DOB: 1/22/2018
Spayed Female
Buff Tabby with White
Status: Available

Nahla embodies the personality of her Lion King namesake; she's warm, affectionate and always has love to give. She enjoys the finer things in life, such as napping, snuggling and watching Disney movies. She would do well with or without human children, but isn't a big fan of other cats or dogs. She's also FIV+, though she doesn't have to take any medication for her condition. If you're in the market for a "chill" lap cat, Nahla would be a great fit! If you would like to submit an application on Nahla or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (HP)

MINNIE

DOB: 1/1/2018
Spayed Female
Brown Tabby
Status: Available

Mighty Minnie was found with a badly damaged back leg, which had to be amputated.  At first very protective of her back half, she has become a calm and loving girl.  She can chase a toy through the house like any cat! Her favorite things are sleeping in a puddle of sun or following her foster mom around. She’d do well as the only cat in the house, though she and the resident cat tolerate each other.  This is a really special girl, and this foster mom will hate to see her go! If you would like to submit an application on Minnie or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (KR)

WAILEA

DOB: 3/6/2019
Spayed Female
Gray and White
Status: Available

Wailea was found as a tiny kitten all alone. She was taken in and joined the “Hawaiian” litter and raised as part of their family. She has turned into a quiet but playful kitten. She likes to be petted but is too busy to be held for long. She enjoys her kitty friends too much.  She needs to go to a home with a young cat or adopted with another kitten as she loves the friendship of kitties. She has a chronic case of herpes in her left eye which comes and goes, but in no way affects her vision and does not require any special care. If you would like to submit an application on Wailea or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

TOMAS

DOB: 4/4/2018
Neutered Male
Black and White

Tomas is sweet and a tad shy but warms up quickly. He is playful and curious. He teases his foster mom by coming up and nosing her; then backing off. He hangs out with a 14-year-old Shih Tzu. You should see them curled up together taking a nap! He's good with other cats and cat-friendly dogs. If you would like to submit an application on Tomas or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. GILL

DOB: 6/11/2017
Neutered Male
Gray Tabby with White
Status: Available

I am an extremely affectionate and playful kitty. I will roll over for armpit scrubs and belly rubs. I am very playful and get along well with my "roommates" and would probably do very well with a well behaved dog. I enjoy sitting and looking out at the front lawn bird feeder and squirrel antics. If you would like to submit an application on Gill or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (BW)

KRISTINA MARIE

DOB: 9/1/2018
Spayed Female
Brown and White Tabby
Status: Available

Kristina Marie is a fabulous cat. She is sweet and low maintenance. She is a real "cat's cat," who is very attached to the other cats in her foster home. She is FIV positive so it would be best if she went to a home with an already FIV positive cat or as an only kitty. FIV is not a big deal like it was once thought to be. Many cats live healthy lives 15+ years. She would make a great companion to any home. If you would like to submit an application on Kristina Marie or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

MOKARA

DOB: 6/1/2018
Spayed Female
Calico
Status: Available

Named for a breed of orchid, this girl is a beauty! A true calico in color and temperament, she is loving and affectionate. She is also very playful and likes to live life on her terms! As a small kitten she was rescued from a busy road in rural Bladen County. From there she lived in a mobile home park until Paw Prints saw her sweet, but dominant personality. This beauty would be great as an only cat! If you would like to submit an application on Mokara or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (BW)

PEIGI

DOB: 5/1/2018
Spayed Female
Dilute Calico
Status: Available

Peigi is a fantastic kitten who loves nothing more than to be petted. She is curious and playful. Peigi would do well as an only kitty if you’re looking for just one princess to spoil, or in a home with another calm and laid back kitty. Peigi tends to keep to herself and is pretty calm. If you would like to submit an application on Peigi or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (DB)

HOPE

DOB: 11/15/2017
Spayed Female
White and Black
Status: Available

Found as a young struggling mom during a large scale Trap/Neuter/Return effort, we saw something in her that just wasn’t feral! Although she can still be shy at times, this pretty girl with the unusual mustache (is that an oxymoron?) and the silky coat has become quite a little house cat! She is still learning the ropes and will require someone who is patient and loving, but knowing you are giving her a home and enjoying the love she gives in return will be your reward. If you would like to submit an application on Hope or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (BW)

AKIRA

DOB: 10/24/2016
Spayed Female
Torbie with White
Status: Available

Akira is a very sweet and calm cat. She was rescued with her kittens. Now that her kittens are up for adoption, she is ready for her own forever home. Akira will do best in a quiet home. It may take her a few days to get used to her new home. She does fine with other cats but has not been around dogs. If you would like to submit an application on Akira or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (JP)

MOCHA

DOB: 9/23/2015
Spayed Female
Calico
Status: Available

Mocha takes a little time to warm up, but when she does she's a lover. A vibrant calico, sweet, shy at first, she will jump up on the couch or bed to be loved on, stroked, etc. Mocha enjoys "Cat TV" (bird feeders outside) and watches CBS Sunday mornings with her foster mom. Loves to sit on top of her cat tree to get a better view out the window. Also likes to burrow under the bed covers to sleep. Good with other cats. To submit an application on Mocha or any other Paw Prints kitty, click here. (RM)
